Egg Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 c. unsifted flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and soft butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, flour and salt until smooth and the consistency of heavy cream.
Heavily butter custard cups or popover pans and fill each about 2/3 full of batter.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425Β°) for 30 to 35 minutes or until puffed and brown.
Serve at once with butter or marmalade.
