Egg Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. crisco, 1 tsp. salt and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put egg in a measuring cup; add enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Mix flour and shortening until as fine as cornmeal; then add salt.
Add the egg liquid.
Mix well with a fork until it forms a soft ball.
Sprinkle flour on board.
Knead dough.
Cut in half. Makes 2 crusts.
Roll out to make crust.
Bake unfilled crust at 350Β° until brown.
