Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 6 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, 1 tsp. salt and flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg yolks and 1 whole egg.
Add salt.
Stir flour into mixture until it sticks together.
Then divide into three balls. Knead flour into each ball until stiff.
Roll out thin on floured board and let dry.
Then roll noodles and cut desired width. Freeze until ready to use.
