Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 egg, 1/2 egg shell water and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Use the amounts of ingredients shown for each cup of flour. Put flour in bowl; make well in center.
Add egg, water and salt; mix first with fork, then with hands.
Form into ball; roll out on floured board (thin).
Let rest; cut into 4 equal pieces and stack.
Cut in strips, whatever width you want.
Separate noodles. Let dry several hours.
Use or store for later use.
