Egg Noodle Casserole
Egg Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, 2 tbsp. melted margarine, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and drain noodles.
Saute celery, pepper and onion in the margarine a few minutes; add salt.
Mix soup with milk, add the vegetable mix; add ham, mushrooms and olives.
Add all to noodles and put into a baking dish.
Sprinkle some sliced almonds on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350Β°.
