Egg Nog Pie
Egg Nog Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. egg nog, 1 chocolate graham cracker pie shell, 1 tsp. rum, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin and 1/2 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put 1/2 cup egg nog into saucepan; add unflavored gelatin. Bring to a boil and stir until gelatin dissolves.
Into bowl, pour 1 1/2 cups egg nog (cold) and rum.
Pour hot egg nog into cold egg nog; place in refrigerator to thicken.
When thickened, fold in heavy cream and pour into pie shell.
Place in refrigerator until needed.
