Egg Nog Pie
Egg Nog Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large and 2 small pie crusts, 1 qt. egg nog and 2 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put 1 cup of eggnog in small pan.
Sprinkle gelatin over it and let stand 5 minutes, then heat until gelatin dissolves.
In meantime, put rest of eggnog in blender.
When gelatin is dissolved, pour into bowl or pan and fold in 1/2 carton of Cool Whip.
Pour in pie shell or shells and use rest of Cool Whip to top just around the edge.
