Egg Nog
Egg Nog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 beaten eggs, 2 c. milk, 1/3 c. sugar, 2 to 4 tbsp. light rum and 2 to 4 tbsp. bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large saucepan, mix eggs, milk and 1/3 cup sugar.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture coats metal spoon.
Remove from heat.
Cool quickly.
Place pan in sink or bowl of ice water and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in rum, bourbon and vanilla. Chill 4 to 24 hours.
