Cut a circle in the center of the slice of bread.
Put 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan on medium heat and when hot, fry bread slice on one side.
Turn bread over and turn head down. Break an egg in the middle of the hole.
Sprinkle salt and butter. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
