Egg-Ham Baked Soufflé
Egg-Ham Baked Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 slices sourdough bread, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. baked ham, cubed, 6 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Trim crust off bread, butter and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Put into a 3-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over bread cubes.
Put cubed ham over cheese.
Beat the eggs; add milk and salt.
Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and bread.
Set overnight in refrigerator.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350° or until cheese puffs up over the ham.
Serves 8.
(Bread mixture should be no higher than 3/4 full.)
