Egg Fluff
Egg Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated sharp cheese, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. half and half, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper and 2 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Whip eggs lightly.
Dot pan with margarine.
Sprinkle cheese on bottom.
Add bacon.
Combine salt and pepper, mustard and half and half.
Pour half of this mixture over cheese.
Add eggs.
Add remaining mixture of half and half and spices.
Bake about 350 degrees until set, about 40 minutes.
Serves 9-12 people.
