Egg Drop Soup
Egg Drop Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. water, 1/3 c. kikkoman soy sauce, 6 eggs, well beaten, 1 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions and tops and 9 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Bring water to boil in large saucepan; add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved.
Stir in soy sauce; return to boil.
Remove from heat; add eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in one direction with spoon (egg will separate to form fine threads).
Stir in green onion.
Serve immediately.
Makes 12 cups.
