👨🍳 Instructions
Mix eggs and sugar well.
Pour in milk and vanilla.
Mix well. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie.
Bake in 9-inch pie shell in 425° preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake until set, not firm.
Overbaking causes filling to separate.
