Egg Casserole Bread
Egg Casserole Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 pkg. dry yeast and 2 tbsp. soft butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large mixing bowl mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast.
Add butter.
Gradually add warm water to dry mixture and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Cover.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk about 35 minutes.
Stir down.
Divide into 2 greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dishes.
Cover.
Let rise about 40 minutes.
Bake at 375Β° about 35 minutes.
Remove from dishes and cool on racks.
