Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed, 1/3 c. chopped onion and 1 1/2 c. cheddar or american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients except bacon and 1/2 c. cheese.
Bake in baking dish at 350Β° for 25 - 30 minutes.
Cover with remaining cheese and cooked bacon.
Return to oven until cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
Serve with biscuits or toast.
