Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 4 c. milk, 2 tsp. mustard, 2 c. cheddar cheese and 12 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook and drain sausage.
Slightly beat eggs.
Add milk, salt, mustard, bread (tear into small pieces), grated Cheddar and onion. Add sausage to ingredients; mix together and pour into baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center is firmly cooked. Stir lightly every 15 to 20 minutes.
Do not stir after removal from oven.
