Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 c. cooked ham, cubed, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onions in butter until tender.
Combine all ingredients into casserole and bake at 350Β° for 45 - 50 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
(I usually double this recipe and put in a 9 x 13 pan.)
