Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soda cracker crumbs, 2 c. medium white sauce, 1/2 lb. grated american cheese, 1 (7 oz.) can pimentos, cut fine and 4 hard-cooked eggs, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large baking dish, place a layer of rolled soda cracker crumbs. Moisten well with half the cream sauce, next a layer of cheese, then a layer of grated eggs.
Repeat these layers and be sure the crumbs are well moistened. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 375Β° for about 35 minutes.
