Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 c. milnot, 6 slices bread, 1 lb. bulk sausage and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown sausage and drain well.
Mix eggs and Milnot together. Tear bread into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
You may substitute sausage for cubed ham, bacon pieces or meat of your choice.
