Egg Brunch
Egg Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 slices day-old bread, cubed, 5 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled, 5 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix milk, salt and dry mustard together and add to the eggs. Put bread in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Add cheese and sausage in layers.
Pour egg mixture over the top and let set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
