Egg And Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Place croutons in greased casserole.
Top with cheese.
Cook sausage in skillet and drain.
Then place sausage over cheese. Beat eggs and mix with mustard, milk, soup and mushrooms.
Pour over sausage and bake in preheated oven at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Best if prepared and refrigerated overnight.
