Egg And Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, beaten, 1/2 lb. cubed ham or 1 lb. sausage, 1 small onion, chopped, 4 pieces bread, cubed and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix together beaten eggs and meat. Add onion, bread cubes, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour into an 11 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Bake in preheated 325Β° oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
