Egg And Canadian Bacon Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. crescent rolls, 8 slices canadian bacon, 2 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 8 eggs and 2/3 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Spread out crescent rolls on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place Canadian bacon over crescent rolls, followed by 1 cup Swiss cheese.
Carefully drop eggs one at a time onto cheese and bacon layer.
Be careful not to drop yolks.
Pour cream over eggs and sprinkle remaining cup of Swiss cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
Slice into squares and serve.
