Effie Jo's Coconut Pecan Cake
Effie Jo'S Coconut Pecan Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can betty crocker coconut pecan cake frosting, 4 large eggs, 1 box betty crocker butter pecan cake mix, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix eggs, oil and water.
Mix well, then stir in the can of frosting.
Grease and flour a Bundt pan and sprinkle 2 tablespoons powdered sugar in the pan.
Chop 1/2 cup pecans and sprinkle in the pan.
Pour batter over that and bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
