Edwena's Last Minute Supper
Edwena'S Last Minute Supper is an easy dinner. Made with 1 ring smoked sausage, 2/3 c. water, 4 medium potatoes and 1 bag frozen broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut smoked sausage into small pieces.
Place into a large skillet.
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
Place on top of sausage.
Put broccoli on top of potatoes and add about 2/3 cup of water.
Cover with lid and cook slowly for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and broccoli is well steamed.
