Edible Aquarium
Edible Aquarium is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 (4-serving size) pkg. jell-o brand blueberry flavor gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, ice cubes and gummy fish or shark bites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Stir boiling water into gelatin; dissolve completely.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups ice and water. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice. If mixture is still thin, refrigerate until slightly thickened. Pour thickened gelatin into 4 dessert dishes. Suspend gummy fish in gelatin. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
