Ed's Bourbon Balls
Ed'S Bourbon Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. finely chopped pecans, 2 lb. confectioners sugar, 10 tbsp. bourbon whiskey, 2 sticks butter and dipping chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place chopped pecans in a glass bowl and cover with whiskey. Let stand overnight.
Melt butter and combine with confectioners sugar and pecan/bourbon mixture.
Mix with wooden spoon.
Let batter cool (1 hour to overnight).
Roll into balls.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour or in freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and keep it at minimum heat.
Using toothpicks, dip balls into chocolate and place onto wax paper.
Makes 90 to 160, depending on the size.
