Eclairs
Eclairs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with graham crackers, 2 boxes french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 large container cool whip and 2 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place a layer of graham crackers in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix instant pudding and milk. Then mix in the Cool Whip. Pour over layer of graham crackers.
Then place another layer of graham crackers.
Let set awhile.
Mix cocoa, melted butter, powdered sugar and hot water.
Pour over graham crackers, covering pudding mixture.
Refrigerate overnight or 6 to 8 hours.
