Eclair Ring
Eclair Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 stick butter, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring water and butter to boil in saucepan.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Stir in eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir until thick and smooth.
Drop by spoonfuls on a greased pizza pan, forming a circle.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
Do not open door.
Leave in oven for 20 minutes.
Cool and slit ring in half.
Put filling on bottom half; replace top of ring on pudding.
Drizzle with chocolate frosting (melted).
