Eclair Pie(Steph And Sammy'S Favorite) is an easy dinner. Made with 3 small pkg. french vanilla pudding, 4 1/2 c. milk, 8 oz. cool whip, 1 box graham crackers and 1 can milk chocolate icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Use a 13-inch pan.
Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip together. Make a layer of graham crackers, then half of cream mixture.
Make another layer of graham crackers, then 1/2 of cream mixture.
Layer more graham crackers and put milk chocolate icing on top.
Make 1 day ahead.
Keep in refrigerator.
