Eclair Pie
Eclair Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk, 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring to a boil the water, margarine and salt.
Remove from heat.
Add the flour; mix well.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time.
Mix well each time.
Spread onto round cookie sheet.
Make sides higher than middle.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven; let set in oven with door open for 15 minutes.
Mix the instant pudding, 1 cup milk and the heavy cream.
Beat for 3 minutes. Pour onto crust.
Microwave the chocolate frosting for 45 seconds; stir, then pour over top.
Chill for 2 hours.
