Eclair Pie
Eclair Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. box graham crackers, 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 3 1/2 c. cold milk, 1 (9 oz.) cool whip, thawed and 1 can chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put a layer of graham crackers, whole. Mix pudding with milk at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Blend in Cool Whip.
Pour 1/2 over graham crackers.
Put a second layer of crackers and pour remaining pudding over the crackers.
Cover with a third layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours and frost with chocolate canned frosting.
