Eclair Dessert
Eclair Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box honey graham crackers, 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding, 3 1/2 c. milk, 8 oz. cool whip and 1 can milk chocolate frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix pudding and milk.
Add Cool Whip.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan with butter.
Put a layer of whole graham crackers in the pan. Then add a layer of pudding mixture.
Alternate crackers and pudding layers.
End with crackers.
Heat the container of frosting in the microwave for about 1 minute to make it thin. Spread on top of crackers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
