Eclair Cake
Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box graham crackers, 2 boxes french vanilla instant pudding, 3 c. milk, 1 large carton cool whip and 1 container milk chocolate icing (ready to spread), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Line cake pan with crackers.
Mix pudding and milk together and fold in the Cool Whip until mixed well.
Pour half the mixture over the graham crackers.
Add another layer of crackers and rest of pudding mixture.
Put a layer of graham crackers on top, then ice it with milk chocolate icing.
Let set 4 hours.
