Easy Yeast Rolls
Easy Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/4 c. warm water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 c. powdered milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix yeast, water and sugar with mixer until foamy on top.
Add oil, milk, salt and egg.
Mix well. Add flour, one cup at a time. Knead well 3 to 4 minutes.
Put in greased bowl.
Let rise 2 hours or until double in warm place.
Punch down.
Make into rolls.
Let rise again until double.
Bake at 375Β°.
This dough will keep in the refrigerator well for a few days.
