Easy White Bread
Easy White Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 4 c. warm water, 1 1/2 c. powdered milk, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine warm water with yeast until dissolved.
Combine with melted shortening.
Mix flour, milk, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Slowly add water and shortening mixture.
Knead in mixing bowl for 5 minutes.
Allow dough to rise to double its size, then punch down.
Place in bread pans and let rise to double its size. Bake at 425Β° for 35 minutes.
