Made with 2 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cauliflower and carrot medley, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1/4 c. milk, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and durkee french fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook and drain broccoli, cauliflower and carrot medley.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Combine Velveeta cheese and milk in a small saucepan and heat until melted, stirring constantly.
Add cream of mushroom soup and heat thoroughly.
Pour over vegetables.
Top with French fried onions and bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
