Easy Vegetable Casserole
Easy Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans lesueur english peas, 1 can water chestnuts, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 8 slices american cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Butter a 12 x 8-inch Pyrex dish.
Place drained peas in bottom, next add drained asparagus, water chestnuts, sliced drained mushrooms, sliced eggs, salt and pepper.
Spread soup over top. Place slices of cheese over all and sprinkle top with onion rings. Bake at 350Β° about 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
