Easy Variety Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18.25 oz.) box cake mix (any flavor), 1 large egg, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. water and 1 c. mix of any combination: chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine cake mix, egg, oil and water. Beat until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set.
Remove from pan and cool.
