Easy Sugar Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 2/3 c. self-rising flour, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and flour. Roll balls the size of a small walnut and flatten with glass or fork.
Sprinkle with sugar or seed.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
