Easy Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground meat, 1 large potato, diced, 4 c. water, 1 can tomato sauce and 1 box knorr dry vegetable soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat.
Add potato, water, tomato sauce, dry soup mix, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until done (about 10 to 15 minutes).
