Easy Sausage Quiche
Easy Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for 9-inch pie, 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, 3 eggs, dash of pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry (or use pie shell).
Bake at 400° for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven and gently prick with fork. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Cool. Cook sausage until browned; drain. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a medium mixing bowl; beat lightly.
Stir in sausage.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over pastry shell, top with sausage mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until set.
