Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese.
Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time.
Form into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350° to 375° oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes).
Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen.
