Easy Salad
Easy Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cucumbers, 1 bunch green onions, 2 bell peppers, 3 or more tomatoes and vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut vegetables into bite size pieces, leaving the peeling on them.
Cut up cucumbers first; pour enough vinegar over them to cover them.
Cut up onions next, then the peppers.
Slightly salt each layer.
Cut up tomatoes last and sprinkle with sugar.
Let set in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Do not mix until ready to serve.
