Scald milk.

While cooling, add sugar, yeast and enough flour to make a batter.

Let rise about 2 1/2 hours.

Add baking powder, soda, salt and enough flour to make a soft dough.

Roll out on lightly floured board; cut like biscuits.

Place on greased baking sheet.

Let rise until doubled.

Bake at 375Β° for about 25 minutes.
