Easy Rocky Road
Easy Rocky Road is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. shortening, 6 c. (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place chocolate chips, butter and shortening in large microwaveproof bowl.
Microwave at Medium for 5 to 7 minutes or until chips are softened and mixture is melted and smooth when stirred.
Add marshmallows and nuts.
Blend well.
Spread evenly in buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cover.
Chill until firm.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
