Easy Ray Pleaser Sausage Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. smoked sausage or polish sausage, 1 onion, 5 to 6 medium potatoes, 6 miniature corn on the cob and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Take a large deep dish and peel and cut potatoes.
Place in the dish with the chopped onion.
Put 4 to 5 pats of butter, salt and pepper.
Then put the frozen corn on top.
Then on top of that, place your sausage, cut up in 2-inch strips.
Put about 3 to 4 tablespoons of water and you can slow cook in the oven or on the stove top.
When the potatoes are cooked, it's ready.
The juices from the meat soak through the corn and the potatoes.
You might need to add a little more butter, salt and pepper to your desire.
