Easy Pot Roast
Easy Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans campbell's celery soup, 2 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 4 lb. pot roast meat (chuck, eye of the round, etc.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put meat in heavy-duty aluminum foil in roasting pan; pour celery soup over meat (undiluted).
Add onion soup mix.
Close foil so steam doesn't get out.
Roast at 350Β° for 3 hours.
Makes delicious gravy.
