Easy Pot Roast
Easy Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with diced carrots and potatoes, small pot roast, 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, lots of salt and pepper and 1 onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place roast in casserole dish.
Fill with water to 1-inch from top of dish.
Add Worcestershire sauce and lots of salt and pepper.
Cut up onion and place in water.
Cook at 325Β° for 5 hours.
Add diced carrots and potatoes; cook 1 hour longer and serve.
