Easy Piña Colada Cake
Easy Piña Colada Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cake mix with pudding, 1 (15 oz.) can coco lopez cream of coconut, 1/2 c. rum, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup cream of coconut, 1/2 cup rum, oil and eggs.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour into greased 10-inch tube cake pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool; remove from pan.
Poke holes 1-inch apart almost to bottom.
Combine cream of coconut and rum.
Pour over cake and chill thoroughly.
Garnish with Cool Whip, pineapple chunks, cherries and coconut.
Store in fridge.
